Shauna has served eight years in the military, including five years in Special Operations in the field of Training & Logistics.

She has successfully managed teams of 5 - 200+ people in high-readiness, operational environments. Shauna is the founder & CEO of HER Management Edge, a program designed to help women in leadership roles who struggle with being overlooked to get the respect & recognition they deserve!

She holds an Honours Bachelors of Commerce Degree specializing in Marketing, a Project Management Professional Designation, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management. She's a momma to a beautiful little boy with an amazing husband/father. She absolutely loves to knit, rock climb, and you can likely find me curled up with a good book in the evenings!
